About Us

The Study Circle was started on 14th February 1999 to cater to the Continuing Professional Education needs of the Chartered Accountants living in the vicinity of J.B. Nagar area located at Andheri (East), Mumbai “ 400 059, with the sole objective to align the activities of the Study Circle with those of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at the same time respond to the needs of the Members, Students and the Society at large. It has now grown with the patronage of members from places far and away.

As we embark on this new journey, my vision as Convenor is to make our Study Circle even more engaging, insightful, and equally accessible to all members.
The Rule of 5 is a concept popularised by leadership expert, Dr John Maxwell, it involves identifying five specific actions that you commit to do every single day, no matter what. These actions are directly aligned with our most important goals and are designed to ensure that we are making steady progress
There are a number of strategies associated with creating an empowering organizational environment. One strategy and technique to increase empowerment is through SMART goal-setting. SMART is an acronym for 5 elements of a goal: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based

Proposed Events: Proposing to have around 26-30 educational/Soft skills/learning events during the year 2026-27. In addition, proposing to have minimum one core committee/past convenors meeting in each quarter
